For those of you who may be requesting Spokesman's Club Manuals in the next few weeks, we want to mention that the manual is being revised slightly and we are expecting delivery of the new manuals around the end of November. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause some of you, arid appreciate your understanding and patience.
One change we are instituting concerns the Certificates of Merit that are given to the men who complete the twelve speech lessons. From now on, the blank certificates and the folders to frame them will be sent out as a supply item. The local club will be responsible for having the names of the men and the club printed on the certificates locally. Depending on the resources available to the club, they can have the needed information either printed, typed or handwritten (as long as the handwriting is of an appropriately formal style — as in calligraphy).
Supplies of the blank certificates will be sent to all international offices so that clubs in various parts of the world can send their requests to their regional office.
