Herbert W. Armstrong founded the Worldwide Church of God in the late 1930s, as well as Ambassador College in 1946, and was an early pioneer of radio and tele-evangelism, originally taking to the airwaves in the 1930s from Eugene, Oregon.
But even the greatest minds in the world whether minds of science, minds of the greatest political leaders and the heads of nations they seem unable to solve any of the problems or the troubles and yet we have twentieth century progress, such amazing progress, awesome progress and yet at the same time such appalling evils that we don't seem to be able to solve and we can't have any peace there's no peace between in our families even no peace between neighbors no peace between capital and labor no peace between classes no peace between nations.
