In your mind's eye, you can see your great grandmother when she was young. She is kneading bread dough in an old fashioned kitchen, with a huge cast-iron stove on one side and a sink with a hand pump on the other. Now she is putting the bread in the oven. With your mind's nose, you can smell it, as the warm, rich, yeasty aroma of fresh baking bread fills the house. But home cooking is not just a thing of the past. These days many people, both young and old, are rediscovering the pleasure, hobby and art of cooking.
