Just imagine what it's going to be like with 144,000 singing. We really are experiencing a foretaste of the World Tomorrow. There are those who have their own battles to fight, and yet that's a part of the Christian life. Today is the Last Great Day, and it is picturing the completion of the festivals given by God to the church. Revealing, not hiding, but revealing to the church the mysteries hidden from all mankind. These days have been revealing the dynamic destiny of fleshly human beings. When we come to understand that the best state, as David wrote in the Psalms, the best state of man is all together vanity, and to get from vanity to something that is dynamic and lasting, and powerful for all eternity, is what life is all about.
