Smiling faces out there. What can make you unhappy? You know psychiatrists believe that many things can affect our mood, to be happy, to be unhappy, to be distressed or to be calm. Psychiatrists in Ohio State, a doctor there said, "Take a look outside", you may take a look out that window there, he said "Do you feel blue, do you feel depressed, do you feel down?" He said, "Your mood may be caused by the season, short days in the wintertime." He said just feel that way, studies they made. He believes it's not a mere coincidence that he and other doctors see more patients during the fall and the winter months than they do at any other time. It's also been recognized that there is an increase in depression, mood disorders, even suicide during this time of year.
