(Editor's Note: As reported before, Mr. Rader has been making contacts and arrangements with Chinese government and university officials in preparation for Mr. Armstrong's momentous trip to the People's Republic of China. Following is a news release dated August 31, giving further details of Mr. Rader's recent activities on Mr. Armstrong's behalf.)

Dateline — Peking

Stanley Rader, executive Vice-president of Ambassador International Cultural Foundation was honored this week by the Chinese government and Peking University. The honor was an invitation to speak to the faculty and students of the University of Peking, with another special lecture to be given to the Department of Law.

Mr. Rader, presently visiting universities throughout the country, accepted the government's invitation and spoke on the law, the judicial system, and the American lawyer.

Rader, noted American lawyer and former professor of law at the University of Southern California who holds the Order of the Coif, was warmly received. Should time permit, invitations to the country's other leading universities will be accepted.
