Mr. Armstrong has renewed and renamed the WATS line messages in order to keep the members informed. Concerned that the ministry and brethren need to be updated, Mr. Armstrong will be making as many of the weekly or twice-weekly tapes as possible. He has asked his staff and others at Pasadena to fill in to keep the schedule regular. The tapes will be weekly until Mr. Bill Butler at Telephone Response can get the new schedule mailed to the ministry.
Starting August 21st, the new "Pastor General's Hotline" will give everyone the latest information in God's Work. It will save each church the added expense of duplicating the Member's Hotline every week. However, during crisis situations, the Member's Hotline will still be distributed worldwide.
