Y.O.U. MAKING STRIDESY.O.U. MAKING STRIDES
Mike Blackwell

The Y.O.U. program is beginning to really roll once again. We are completing the second year of the International Exchange Program and have selected four girls (Jana Ledy — Michigan; Melissa Johnson — Indiana; Yvonne Duncan — Scotland; and Marissa Campbell — England) to participate in the program for its third year.

Y.0.U. Feast plans are now well underway and this year promises to be the best year ever for the young people.

One of the biggest news items is the full approval by Mr. Herbert Armstrong of the Y.E.S. program — which is the major educational phase of the over-all Y.O.U. program. We are all very excited about the potential and also about Mr. Armstrong's support of the program.

Another major item is the reinstatement, at least partially, of the national level programs. We have our fourth National Track and Field meet scheduled for Big Sandy on July 24 and 25th. We hope to be able, in a short time, to reinstate the whole national level program. (Our thanks to Mr. Bicket and Mr. Rader for their support and financial approval of the track meet.)

With all these things happening and with S.E.P. in full swing with about 300 in attendance, it appears Y.O.U. is ready to move ahead once again. Thank you all for your patience and continued support.

Mike Blackwell, Y.O.U.
