Prophecy indicates that our neighbors to the south will play a significant part in events soon to occur. Benjamin Rea, head of the Spanish department in Ambassador College, recently accompanied Ted Armstrong on a fact-finding tour through much of this continent. Here is the interesting and vital story of that trip taken from Mr. Rea's diary and notes. After talking to many people in the United States, I have found that the average person has no real concept of what South America is. When asked, "What does the term South America bring to your mind?" the man-on-the-street usually says, "The Amazon River and head-hunters." This is an entirely fallacious concept. South America is a continent occupied by ten nations and three colonies. It is the home of roughly 125,000,000 people.
