Here, continued from the last issue, we bring you the second behind-the-scenes report from South America. CARACAS, Venezuela; Mr. Rea and I have flown here from Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Montevideo, Buenos Aires and other important South American cities. Here in the Capital of Venezuela, the "new look" of this great continent is immediately apparent. We came here over a range of mountains via a new, ultra-modern freeway, through long, gracefully curving, tiled and well-lighted tunnels, and over high, delicately arched bridges, spanning the rocky gorges between Caracas and the sea.
