Indonesia has withdrawn from the United Nations. Its people rioted against the U. S. Embassy, forced the closing of the U.S. Library, nationalized U.S. Oil Companies in Indonesia. Why? At the same time she is intensifying her propaganda against Australia, plots to crush Malaysia. This is the second in a series of firsthand reports by our PLAIN TRUTH Correspondent for Southeast Asia. I have just returned from Indonesia. I found the people of Indonesia hungry. Dr. Soekarno's promised "Great Indonesian Revolution" is miserably failing! Foreign aid from the U.S. is largely being spent on military expansion. Very little ever reaches the people to improve their day-to-day lives. The huge loans Indonesia has managed to arrange with Russia and China are nearly all spent for arms or on showcase projects to impress the world!
