WASHINGTON: The good news from the Pentagon this week is that the Air Force has just announced it will start training its crew to fight a "limited nuclear war" in case the United States should want to exercise that option. While this is an encouraging sign, no one in Washington, is quite sure what a limited nuclear war is, and unfortunately neither is anyone in Moscow. "Isn't a limited nuclear war like being a little bit pregnant?" I asked a source high in government circles.
