If the Eternal One should mark our sins;
Who the, Almighty God, could hope to stand?
But God shows mercy to those who fear Him.
I wait for God; In His Word have I hope;
On the Eternal God my soul does wait.
More than those who watch for morning to come.
I say more than those who for morning watch.
Let Isr'el hope; There is mercy with God.
Plent'ous redemption from iniquity.
In the Eternal One shall Isr'el hope.
Let the Eternal God in love be feared.
