Herbert W. Armstrong founded the Worldwide Church of God in the late 1930s, as well as Ambassador College in 1946, and was an early pioneer of radio and tele-evangelism, originally taking to the airwaves in the 1930s from Eugene, Oregon.
Oh my friends it's a good thing there is a world tomorrow coming and that the news of tomorrow's world is good because the news of today's world is so bad and there is a cause for it all and there will have to be a reason if there's going to be a better world tomorrow. Whatever we sow that we are reaping and that we shall reap and if we're going to have a better world we'll have to sow that, plant that which will come up into that better world. There's no getting around that. Why is it my friends that in the world today we are believing exactly the contrary of that which the leader of what we call our religion Christianity taught.
