Telecast Sets New Record on Labor Day Weekend — 20,445 Calls! For the eighth time this year a new record has been set for weekend WATS calls. Mr. Armstrong's telecast on the Labor Day weekend brought in a record-breaking 20,445 calls. This new all-time high is 55 percent above the year-to-date average (13,150 calls). In the past, call volume during summer holiday weekends has been far below average.
