The last 3 or 4 months I've had the decision and the need to give a large consideration and a lot of thought to physical things. Of course that concerns the process of transferring, of selecting where we're going to be transferred or having to participate in that to a certain degree and putting in my request for one area or another and then of course the responsibilities of packing up furniture, of loading things up, of moving across country, of selecting a new place to live, a new neighborhood a new area in which to live, full consideration plus new job consideration.
