There was a time here in this nation, particularly in this part of the country, where many times business arrangements were just simply made as a verbal agreement, you know, yes I'll do this or I'll do that and they shook hands and that was it. That was all there was, that was the only contract that was needed, they simply talked it over and well yes, I'll do this and you do that and shook hands and it was set.
