President Giscard d'Estaing of France made the statement; "we don't seem to know where we are headed, but we sense" he said; "if we knew it is catastrophe". Now that's quite a statement for a man who is the President of France to make and many people now realize that there has never been a time such as ours, brethren. Some say it's always been like this, but they're getting very few, you know they say, it's because of better reporting and so on, we just notice things more, but it was always like this.
