Have you ever stopped to ask yourself the question, "What does God look like?" Down through the ages men have tried to imagine how this world and all the stars and planets came to be here. Men think in human terms and usually deny their own Creator or misunderstand who and what He is. In Genesis I, the Creator God begins to explain who He is, and gives us the first clue to His appearance in verse 26. "And God said, Let us make man in OUR image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth" (Gen. 1:26). So we can already see that we are in the image of God, that we have the same basic shape as God.
