There's No "I" in the Word "Team"

There's no room for selfishness in the game of basketball. But you can still make an important individual contribution to your team's success. Here's how. There's a saying used by many basketball coaches and players that makes a strong point about teamwork. It says, "There's no I in the word team." and it means that to be successful on the court, a player must understand how to play to help the team and not for personal glory. That's an important role to live by when playing the game. Even so, you can't really help your team if you haven't developed your own skills. So, what are the best ways to improve?
