Practical Bible-based answers to the problems of growing up. Question: My problem is that I don't like the way I look. I have so many pimples on my face that I always keep my head down. I am embarrassed. I don't talk to or look at people the way I used to. Can you help me, please? Answer: Most of us aren't 100 percent happy with our looks and wish we had a magic wand so we could resculpt our faces. But you don't have such a magic wand and neither do we. Just because you can't change your face, though, doesn't mean you can't change your looks! Many, many people simply have not learned how to dress and groom themselves in a manner that highlights the good qualities they do have. We all can improve how we present ourselves if we are willing to try different things and get good advice from parents and friends. It may take effort (like losing weight or lifting weights), but it may well be worth it.
