Feast of Tabernacles
Most of you, at least a lot of you, arrived at the feast site here by airplane, and my job entails many, many hours flying by airplane and I never cease to wonder at the panorama that you see from an airplane, particularly going into a huge city such as London itself, where you can see the sprawling metropolis beneath you and all of the multiple, countless thousands of properties and houses just beneath you. Representing something like, in London's case, between 11 or 12 million people all crammed together. And there you are in an airplane on your descent into a great city like that or into Los Angeles or another great city of the world, and you have this vantage point, this viewpoint from above, being able to see the vastness of a city.
