...by them might war a good warfare, having faith and a good conscience, with some having put away, concerning faith, have made ship wrecked. So, Paul talked about, talked to Timothy and he said, "I am committing a charge unto you, I'm giving you something that is a crucial thing, this charge I commit unto you, that you might war a good warfare, war a good warfare." Now what does that mean, how was Timothy to do that? Well, if we come back a little later in the book of I Timothy, chapter 6, I Timothy chapter 6 verse 11 (I Timothy 6:11), Paul wrote, "But you, O man of God, flee these things and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. Fight the good fight of the faith...."
