One of the major topics when things are discussed in this country, one of the major topics when you hear public officials discuss matters, discuss problems. One of the things that inevitably comes up is crime. Right now in the city of Houston we have a Mayor election going on and one of the great areas of contention is who is going to be better able to fight crime?
