Personal from Herbert W Armstrong - HERE I am again, with my monthly personal talk with our readers. This time I am writing from my study in The Lodge, which is the "guest cottage" on the Ambassador College grounds in England. I do not know when The Lodge was first built - probably more than a hundred years ago. It occupies one corner of the beautiful college grounds, beside one of the two entrances, on the lane which encircles the approximately 180 acres of land surrounding the main college buildings. Directly across this narrow country lane - just outside the college grounds - is a large, rambling brick house that is more than 400 years old. I remember the first time I visited St. Augustine, Florida, and was taken by a guide through the "oldest house in America." I do not remember, at the moment its age - Florida readers will know - but it seems to me it was probably not more than 250 years old. It was a thrilling experience, then, to visit a house that old!
