Here is an on-the-spot report by the Director of the Ambassador College News Bureau. It reveals the quickening march toward political, military and religious unity in Europe. For the past month and a half I have been in and around the capitals and major industrial centers of Europe. I am now, as I write this, in Rome, accompanied by Mr. Frank Schnee, the manager of our new office in Dusseldorf, Germany. Mr. Schnee is a reporter for our German language edition of The PLAIN TRUTH. Just a short drive from our hotel the greatest religious conclave of the century is being held, the Ecumenical Council of the Roman Catholic Church. I will have more about that later. But first, let's take a look at what is happening elsewhere in Europe.
