Personal from Hebert W Armstrong - THIS mounting racial crisis is a present living example of MAN'S efforts to solve his problems MAN'S WAY - outside of the guidance and LAWS of Almighty God! This world's educational systems are leaving God out of education. Man has not liked to retain GOD in his knowledge. Today, as it has been for 6,000 years, man is struggling with problems, injustices, evils that have been MAN-created. Man ignores or defies the inexorable laws God has set in motion. He institutes ways and customs and practises contrary to the laws of God. Thus he creates his own problems. Then he strives to solve those problems, and to right those wrongs, by the ways that seem right to human reasoning. God says "there is a WAY that seemeth right to a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death," God says also: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" - the revealed KNOWLEDGE of God - the knowledge of GOD'S WAYS and LAWS - "because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee,... seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children" (Hos. 4:6).
