Personal from Herbert W Armstrong - THE AMBASSADOR COLLEGE catalog for years has carried a special statement from me, somewhat like an editorial, captioned " foundational Policy." From time to time I have published a new and different statement in this space, but always it has been a frank, straightforward explanation of basic policy. While Mrs. Armstrong and I were on our recent trip around the world, I prepared a new statement for this space in the catalog for the 1966-67 school year. It is an appraisal of our time - of the world, and of modern education. It pulls no punches. I feel it ought to be read not only by prospective students, but by the entire PLAIN TRUTH readership.
