Personal from Herbert W Armstrong - My EYE CAUGHT a feature story, on an inner page, in the morning newspaper. It was about one of these "odd" religious sects. Just about everything in religion is a bit "queer," strange, off-beat, fanatical, if it is different from that to which WE are accustomed. Of course we never stop to think that, to people who had never heard of "our" particular religious beliefs and customs, ours - regardless of what it is - would seem strange, odd, perhaps ridiculous. I am reminded of the old-fashioned Quaker who said to his wife, "Martha, does thee know it seems to me that just about everybody in the world - except me and thee - is a little queer. And, does thee know, Martha, sometimes it seems to me that even THEE is just a bit queer!" In Montana, and even spreading into parts of South Dakota, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, is a little-known sect which is causing other people in those parts "great concern," and even alarm.
