While the rest of the country is fast asleep, there are men in Washington working on new defense weapons that will protect us from any enemy foolish enough to test our will. One of them is Kipness who lives down the street. The other day at an outdoor barbecue, Kipness told me about a new weapons system he was involved with which would make all other systems obsolete. It was called WANGO, which stands for Walter Arthur Neil George and Oscar.
