There was a certain man called Simon which before time in the same cities used sorcery and bewitched the people of Samaria. Now, apparently this man convinced Philip that he was sincere, maybe he was, there's no way of really knowing whether he was or wasn't. If he was then he's through forever. If he was ever converted, but just pulling this shenanigan then he may have a day of salvation yet, but it's hard to know. You know God's spirit inspiring a man like it did in Philip and then for Him not to be able to see through somebody having demon problems in the past...
