Herbert W. Armstrong founded the Worldwide Church of God in the late 1930s, as well as Ambassador College in 1946, and was an early pioneer of radio and tele-evangelism, originally taking to the airwaves in the 1930s from Eugene, Oregon.

This is not just another college. It is basically different. Many have not understood what these differences are. It's time our readers understood clearly in what particulars Ambassador College is totally different from all other liberal arts institutions. For the high school graduate facing the decision of selecting the college to attend, the choice is not between several of which Ambassador is one. The choice is either Ambassador or all other colleges, of which one is then selected. The student whose choice is Ambassador could never enroll in any other college.
