You know when we get to where we're exercising authority and we just really enjoy exercising authority we miss the boat. Those people are supposed to be serving the Church downwards, that's their job, their job relates to the people, the membership to the Church for whatever, for physical or for spiritual, Deacons or Elders. Now you know another thing [inaudible] the jobs when we get through them in the book of Acts. Matter of fact, I'm going to give you a little homework before we're through tonight.
